The Department

Ai’tmad is the administrative arm of MKA USA. Ai’tmad manages communications throughout the majlis. The Motamid (Secretary) keeps MKA USA on track and accountable by recording and overseeing the day-to-day administration of the majlis.

  • 2020-2021 Goals

    • 100% Majalis holding monthly General and Amila meetings. Target for
      general meeting attendance is 50% of Tajneed
    • 100% Majalis submitting monthly report on time by the 5th of each month
    • 100% Majalis should hold Local Ijtema before Regional Ijtema
    • Setup MKA office/space at mosque where possible
